She earned her Master's in Social Work at the University of Southern California School of Social Work, where she later taught as an adjunct faculty. Karla has extensive training on working with people across the lifespan, from infants to older adults. She specializes in anxiety, trauma, maternal mental health, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and EMDR.
