Karla graduated from UC Berkeley with a double major in Psychology and Social Welfare. She earned her Master's in Social Work at the University of Southern California School of Social Work, where she later taught as an adjunct faculty. Karla has extensive training on working with people across the lifespan, from infants to older adults. She specializes in anxiety, trauma, maternal mental health, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and EMDR.

Assata graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Public Service with a Minor in African American Studies. She graduated Summer Cumme Laude from the University of Southern California with a Master’s degree in Social Work and specialized in Adult Mental Health and Wellness. Assata is trained in Motivational Interviewing, Problem Solving Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal Therapy, Brief Crisis Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. She is supervised by Karla Lagunas, LCSW. Assata provides mental health services via Telehealth only.

Lizeth graduated from UC Riverside with a bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature and Education. She obtained her Masters in Social Work from Azusa Pacific University. She completed the DMH/UCLA early childhood fellowship. She has experience working with infants, children, teens, families, and older adults in various settings. She is trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Managing and Adaptive Practices (MAP). Her specialties include early childhood, depression, trauma, adjustment periods, anxiety, parent/child conflict, relationships, attachment, school conflict, neurodevelopment disorders, among others.

Michael Moore, LMFT

Michael graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Film and spent 20 years in the industry working on high-profile films in the specialty of visual effects. He graduated from Phillips Graduate Institute with a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis on helping people recover from the effects of alcohol and substance dependence. As a result he gained in-depth experience treating trauma, anxiety and depression. Michael provides mental health services via Telehealth only.

Lauren has extensive experience working with infants, children, teens, and adults. She has over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings: outpatient therapy, in-home therapy, school-based clinics, and residential and day treatment centers. Her specialities include children, adolescents and young adults, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship problems, school problems, LGBTQ, grief and loss, parent/child conflict, emotional dysregulation, anger management, family or social issues, women's issues, and adjustment to changes and life transitions. She is licensed to provide therapy in California, Minnesota, and Arizona. Katie provides mental health services via Telehealth only.
